Delivery Policy for Riiicycle Program

Thank you for being part of the Riiicycle community. This policy outlines our practices regarding the delivery, access, and redemption of rewards obtained through the Riiicycle Program, including rewards offered by third-party partners and merchants.
1. Reward Redemption and Access
- Users can redeem rewards listed in the Rewards section of the Riiicycle app using points earned through recycling activities, purchases or other qualifying actions.
- In cases where a reward requires partial payment beyond the available points, users can complete the transaction using the provided payment gateway.
- Once redeemed, rewards will appear in the "My Rewards" section of the app, allowing users to easily view and manage their redeemed items.
2. Delivery of Digital Rewards
- Digital rewards, including e-vouchers and gift links, are primarily provided by our our partners and merchants
- Each digital reward will include a URL link in the reward's details page upon redemption, which users can open to access the reward and view usage instructions.
- Instructions for redemption may vary depending on the specific reward and its provider. Users are advised to read the reward details carefully.
3. Delivery of In-House or Merchant Rewards
- For rewards coordinated directly by Riiicycle or on behalf of our partners, users will receive reward codes displayed in the reward's details page within the app.
- These codes may be shown or presented at participating locations or websites according to the instructions provided.
- Delivery method and redemption procedures will be detailed for each reward, and users must adhere to the respective terms to successfully redeem them.
4. Availability and Validity
- All rewards are subject to availability. Once redeemed, users should access and use their rewards within the validity period stated in the reward's details page.
- Riiicycle is not responsible for expired rewards due to delayed use or failure to follow provided instructions.
5. Technical Issues or Non-Delivery
- If users experience any issues accessing their rewards (e.g., broken links, missing codes), they should contact Riiicycle Support at +601126699168 within 7 days of redemption for assistance.
- For rewards from third-party providers, Riiicycle will coordinate with the respective partner to resolve the issue. Resolution times may vary depending on the partner's response.
6. Misuse or Fraudulent Behavior
Any attempts to misuse, duplicate, or fraudulently access rewards may result in forfeiture of points, cancellation of rewards, and removal from the Riiicycle Program.
