Return and Refund Policy for Riiicycle Program

Thank you for being part of the Riiicycle community. This policy outlines our practices regarding returns and refunds for items redeemed through our program, including those provided by third-party merchants and partners.

1. Non-Refundable Points and Rewards

  • Points earned through recycling activities, purchases, or other qualifying actions are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to other users.
  • Once redeemed, rewards cannot be reversed or refunded unless there is a technical error or service issue on our part.

2. Return and Refund of Physical Items from Riiicycle and Merchants

  • For rewards involving physical items, if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Riiicycle Support at 01126699168 within 7 days of receipt to initiate a return or replacement.
  • Items Provided by Riiicycle: Riiicycle will either replace the item or issue a refund in points or equivalent rewards, depending on the nature of the issue and item availability.
  • Items Provided by Merchants: For items supplied by third-party merchants, Riiicycle will coordinate with the merchant to facilitate a return or exchange. The merchant's return policies may apply, and resolution times may vary depending on the partner's policies and item availability.

3. Return Process

  • To return a physical item, contact Riiicycle Support with your order details, and follow the instructions provided by our team.
  • For items provided by Riiicycle, return shipping costs will be covered if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • For items provided by third-party merchants, shipping costs and return conditions will depend on the merchant's return policy.

4. Adjustments and Reversals

  • If a recycling activity or transaction that led to the accumulation of points is canceled or found to be fraudulent, Riiicycle reserves the right to adjust or reverse the points granted.
  • In cases where a redeemed reward is unavailable or damaged, please contact Riiicycle Support within 7 days of receiving the reward to discuss possible solutions, and we will work with the merchant to resolve the issue where applicable.

5. Misuse or Fraudulent Behavior

Any accounts found to be engaged in fraudulent or abusive behavior regarding point accumulation, reward redemption, or recycling activities may have their points forfeited and face removal from the Riiicycle Program.
